Returns, Exchange & Refund Guidelines
Types of refund:
1. Returned product: If customer returns any product after successful delivery, then we will verify the return reason raised by customer and after successful completion of raised issues authenticity we will start the refund process.
2. Cancelled order:If customer cancelled an order after prepayment, then refund will be processed once accepted by concern team.
3. Delivery failure: If QCoom failed to deliver any prepaid order then refund process will be started once product shipped back to inventory.
Process of Refund:
1. The refund process will depend on the payment method used by customer.
2. The refund process will start as per the above listed return types.
3. The refund amount includes total paid amount (product price + Delivery/return Charges)
Duration of Refund: We will follow the below duration except unavoidable circumstances.

|Mobile Finacial Services||MFS Wallet Reversal||7 Working Days||The Refund amount will be reversed on the same mobile wallet by which payment received|
|Cash on Delivery (COD)||Bank/MFS transfer||10 Working Days||Based on customers preference|
